TriHealth has formed a new lesbian, gay, bi-sexual and transgender-focused team member resource group (ERG), called URGE.
URGE stands for United Resource Group for Equality. This group will focus on strengthening TriHealth’s best practices for lesbian, gay, bi-sexual, and transgender (LGBT) patients, team members and their families by working with the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) and using results of the Human Equality Index (HEI) survey.
The objectives of URGE are:
- Education
- Talent management
- Community engagement
To learn more, attend the next meeting from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 25, at Bethesda Oak in the Human Resources conference room, 5th floor. All team members are welcome to participate!
