Sunday, June 14, 2026, 0100 EDT (1:00am EDT) – 0215 EDT (2:15am EDT) ** - One (1) hour, fifteen (15) minute downtime. ** The Epic System will be down from 1:00am EDT to 2:15am EDT – One (1) hour, fifteen (15) minute downtime. ** Devices connected to the wireless network at Good Samaritan could experience intermittent connectivity during and possibly shortly after the maintenance window, depending on the device. ** The Lab System will not have a downtime; however, lab floor printers will be enabled during the Epic downtime. ** The BD Alaris Infusion Pump system, as well as Lab Collect and Remisol systems that work with the Clinsys/Sunquest Lab System will be down from 1:00am EDT to approximately 2:15am EDT – One (1) hour, fifteen (15) minute downtime. Please expect that all information systems and services may be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance period. Please make certain your downtime procedures and downtime forms are available for use during this time and to call all stat orders and results during the period of unavailability. We have attached downtime instructions for your convenience. You can use your same TriHealth Connect username and password to access this to view patient information during the Scheduled Maintenance window. Please use this maintenance window to check your BCA reports are accessible. If you have an issue with your BCA reports, please send an email to Jim_Highfield@Trihealth.com outlining your concerns.
