An engaged workforce requires our commitment to listening to and utilizing feedback to continuously improve team member experiences as we bring to life our brand promise.
The TriHealth Engagement Survey is essential to helping us understand where we are doing well and where we need to take action to continue to improve strong team member experiences.
Beginning January 27, 2025, we are moving from a biannual engagement survey (typically in January and June) to an anniversary-based survey.
- Since we're starting the new format midway through FY25, TriHealth team members with an anniversary between July 2024 and January 2025 will be invited to participate in a one-time "catch-up" survey on January 27, 2025.
- Beginning in February 2025 and going forward, team members will only be invited to complete the engagement survey during their employment anniversary month.
- This new way of conducting the TriHealth Engagement Survey will provide leaders with more timely team member feedback.
- Confidential team member engagement feedback will accumulate throughout the year, enabling the organization to more effectively listen, understand and take action, in real time, for better results.
- Physicians will continue to be surveyed on a point-in-time basis, and will receive survey information later this year.

TriHealth team members can access the survey multiple ways:
- Team members with an employment anniversary date between July 2024 and January 2025:
- On Monday, January 27, a personalized link will be sent from Perceptyx, our third-party survey partner, to your TriHealth email address.
- Visit the TriHealth Engagement Survey Bridge page and click the survey link. You will be prompted to enter your TriHealth Employee ID to begin the survey.
OR - Text SURVEY to 513.540.2234
- Team members with an employment anniversary date in February 2025 and beyond:
- A personalized link will be sent from Perceptyx, our survey partner, to your TriHealth email address during your individual employment anniversary month
OR - During your survey window, visit the TriHealth Engagement Survey Bridge page and click the survey link, or use the text-in information above. You will be prompted to enter your TriHealth Employee ID to begin the survey.
- A personalized link will be sent from Perceptyx, our survey partner, to your TriHealth email address during your individual employment anniversary month
As with every engagement survey, individual responses and feedback remain completely confidential and anonymous.
- Perceptyx manages the raw data, and provides TriHealth with aggregate (roll-up) data only.
- Monthly invitations will be "batched" and sent on the same day to all team members celebrating an anniversary that month.
- Team members have up to 90 days to complete the survey -- much longer than the previous two-week time frame.
- It is impossible for a leader to identify any team member's specific survey response, engagement score and verbatim feedback.
