TriHealth Bridge

April 10, 2014

Construction - as shown below in aerial photos - continues on TriHealth's space at the new University Station development, adjacent to the Xavier University campus.

In January, TriHealth announced that Bethesda Family Practice will move from its current Norwood location and Queen City Physicians will open a new location, with the two practices occupying approximately 17,000 square feet of a medical office building (the building on the left in the aerial photos). Construction is on schedule to be completed on July 31, with both practices expected to open for business on Monday, Aug. 18.

Located at 3715 Montgomery Road, the building will help both practices meet a growing demand for quality care within TriHealth's expanding patient base.

As an extension of Queen City Physician's Hyde Park office, the University Station location will offer more readily available physician and laboratory appointments. Three practitioners, including one new physician, Mark Schrand MD, will see patients at the practice.

The new Bethesda Family Practice location will provide space for all of the center's 29 practitioners, with room for expansion as the need arises.

Having a presence at University Station also will facilitate stronger collaboration between TriHealth and Xavier University by building on existing relationships in primary care and sports medicine. TriHealth is the official health care provider for Xavier University and provides fan care at Cintas Center during all home athletic events.
