Each year in May, TriHealth celebrates all of our team members, physicians, residents and fellows, nurses and volunteers for everything you do, every day, in every interaction with our patients, their loved ones and your fellow team members. The 2024 Healthcare Appreciation Week celebration took place from Monday, May 13 – Sunday, May 19.
Healthcare Appreciation Week, which occurs around National Nurses Week and National Hospital Week, is a week-long celebration of ALL TriHealth team members no matter where you contribute – providing direct patient care, supporting behind-the-scenes, and everywhere in between.
We know that all of our extraordinary team members, physicians and volunteers are the reason our patients feel how they want to feel: seen, heard and deeply cared for. We planned a full week of activities, random drawings, gifts and prizes – and more – to celebrate YOU!

A Full Week of FREE Perks to Celebrate YOU!
- Enjoy a LaRosa’s Meal from TriHealth+. Back by popular demand, TriHealth team members, physicians and volunteers received a FREE meal voucher via email from LaRosa’s good for either one large 1-topping pizza, two hoagys, OR two Just Right Combo Meals. Vouchers were emailed to your TriHealth email address on Tuesday, May 14. Volunteers received their voucher through their primary email address on file.

- 2024 Healthcare Appreciation T-Shirts. Congratulations to Matthew Alexander, Multimedia Designer, who submitted the winning Healthcare Appreciation t-shirt design!
- If you have not yet done so, click here to order your 2024 Healthcare Appreciation t-shirt. The deadline to order your t-shirt is Friday, May 31.
- If you ordered your t-shirt before Friday, April 19, it should arrive in mid-May!

Healthcare Appreciation Week Contests and Special Events
Healthcare Appreciation Week Town Hall- The special Town Hall was on Wednesday, May 15 at 12:00pm. If you were unable to tune in, click here to watch the recording. The winning Healthcare Appreciation t-shirt design was revealed, and the first, second and third place finalists received a gift card for their winnings.
- 100 team members were randomly drawn to win a really cool TriHealth prize just for tuning in! Click here for a full list of winners.

- Ahead of Healthcare Appreciation Week, we invited team members to nominate an Unsung Hero – someone whose quiet greatness is deserving of being recognized for making a difference, lending a hand, or consistently going above and beyond. We received nearly 500 nominations – a record number! Twenty random winners, and the twenty people who submitted their nomination were randomly selected and announced during the special Team Member Town Hall on Wednesday, May 15. Each winner will receive a $100 gift card.*
