Following a year of growth, building momentum, and improving performance, we have hit the ground running in Fiscal Year 2025 (FY25) with our sights set on a breakthrough year of top decile performance! Top decile, or industry leading, performance assures the level of care and clinical outcomes our patients have come to expect and deserve from TriHealth! 

• Continuing to Get Staffing Right through improved selection, onboarding and retention to Get Healthcare Right, and

• Continuing to build greater consistency with patient experience, so we can fulfill our brand promise to “see, hear and heal, and deliver surprisingly human care that drives exceptional outcomes, always!”

• 29th Leadership Development Institute Takes Place Next Week
• As the next step in our work to build a great culture, workplace and care environment, our 800+ TriHealth leaders and physician leaders will come together next Wednesday, July 24, for our 29th Leadership Development Institute (LDI).
• Themed, FY2025, A Breakthrough Year of Performance Acceleration Through Accountability and Reliability, this LDI will be devoted to the work of building a more reliable organization through common purpose, clear expectations, personal growth and a culture of accountability to one another and to those we serve. At the July LDI, we will:
• Examine where we are in our Journey from Good to Great and agree on the Work Ahead.
• Introduce a framework and playbook to help strengthen our leadership team’s ability to continue to grow and develop our people and lead high-performing operations.
• Examine the essential elements of setting priorities and clear expectations, assessing development opportunities, and building personalized development plans for all leaders – so that they can be better servant leaders for YOU! 
• Recognize departments, team members and leaders throughout the system who are leading the way to top decile performance through Pillar and Florence Nightingale Ax Awards.
• Expect to hear from your leaders soon after the LDI about what they learned and how we are working as a leadership team to accelerate to top decile performance in FY25 for those we serve and those we serve beside.
• Bethesda Butler Hospital Receives 2024 Lantern Award
• Congratulations to Bethesda Butler Hospital’s Emergency Department team for receiving the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) Lantern Award!
• As the top award for Emergency Departments (EDs), the Lantern Award recognizes EDs that demonstrate exceptional leadership, clinical practice, education, advocacy and research performance. 
• All TriHealth EDs have active Lantern Awards, a major achievement for the emergency nursing profession and another shining example of TriHealth’s position as a regional leader and national model for Getting Healthcare Right!
