TriHealth Partners with LPGA to Provide Event Medicine Services and Promote Women’s Health
- TriHealth is proud to, once again, serve as the official healthcare partner, alongside St. Elizabeth, for the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) Kroger Queen City Championship, taking place September 19-22 at TPC River’s Bend.
- Similar to TriHealth’s sponsorship of the Cincinnati Tennis Open earlier this month, this partnership enables us to serve world-class athletes, fans, and members of our community with our world-class Event Medicine care. It also affords us powerful new opportunities to tell our story to fans, athletes, and other businesses and community partners.
- As importantly, it enables TriHealth to send our team members to be part of the excitement….compliments of TriHealth!
- TriHealth has arranged for our team members to enjoy free admission to the Championship – saving you the $25 admission price!! Just show your badge when you arrive and enjoy the tournament, on TriHealth!
- Also as part of our sponsorship, TriHealth will host community discussions and share expertise on health and wellness, including the “Tee Up Wellness” webinar on September 4, moderated by TriHealth COO, Terri Hanlon-Bremer and featuring TriHealth Employee Assistance Program’s (EAP) Laura Jackson and LPGA star, Emma Talley. Telling Our Story Through the Eyes of Our Patients
- As part of the launch of our new brand promise a year ago, we’ve worked hard to tell our story of how we are transforming healthcare for the better – all to “deliver surprisingly human care that drives exceptional health outcomes”...always!
- And one of the most impactful ways we do this is by sharing the stories of patients whose lives we’ve helped change for the better. Charles’ story is a great example.
- A Good Samaritan Hospital trustee in the 1990s, Charles received comprehensive, highly coordinated care from both the TriHealth Cancer & Blood Institute and the Heart & Vascular Institute doctors, nurses, and other team members to treat both pancreatic cancer and a life-threatening heart condition.
- In Charles’ words, “The coordination between the Heart Institute and the Cancer Institute was just incredible. Everyone here treated me with respect and kindness...and has just been so welcoming. It’s like you give everyone happy pills each day.” Click here to see and hear Charles’ story.
- And be sure to check out the latest monthly marketing roundup to learn more about all of the ways we are telling the story of TriHealth’s transformational journey to Get Healthcare Right – and how and why our patients are healthier, care is safer and more accessible, and services are more affordable – all made possible by YOU, the best healthcare team anywhere!
I hope you have a safe, fun, and relaxing Labor Day Weekend and find time to enjoy one or more of Cincinnati’s favorite events, including a Reds Game, Riverfest, and the Western & Southern/WEBN Labor Day Fireworks at Sawyer Point this Sunday! And as always, a BIG THANK YOU to all of our team members and physicians who will be stepping up to work the long holiday weekend to care for every patient in need!
