SERVE Beyond: Internal Staffing Program

We are thrilled to highlight an internal staffing program called SERVE Beyond. This is an on-demand, staffing program developed as an innovative solution to directly connect managers and team members with each other to help ease staffing shortages, at the same time provide team members an opportunity to earn additional income.

A major goal of this program is to provide eligible team members the flexibility to pick up hours as they please. Click here to view more information on program.

Currently, this program is open for:
1. Front Desk team members trained in Cadence Scheduling & Registration
2. Nurses will have to have EPIC Ambulatory & Cadence training or will be required to attend EPIC Ambulatory & Cadence training in order to participate.
