The Building our Leadership Diversity (BOLD) program is a leadership development program designed primarily for underrepresented team members to help prepare them for the next stage in their careers. It is crafted to present challenges and opportunities that can help participants achieve their career goals in leadership through on-the-job experiences and classroom development.
