Calling all creative TriHealth team members! As part of the 2022 TriHealth Healthcare Heroes Week celebration from May 9-13, we want to give voice to our team members with artistic talents by holding a Healthcare Heroes Week T-shirt Design contest.
Contest Prizes
All TriHealth team members will be invited to vote on the top three t-shirt designs. The top voted design will be the winner of the 2022 TriHealth Healthcare Heroes T-shirt Design Contest!
The winner will have their t-shirt design featured on the official Healthcare Heroes Week t-shirt worn by all our TriHealth team members and physicians and receive a $500 gift card.* In addition, their design may be included in other Healthcare Heroes collateral highlighted on Bridge and TriHealth social media.
The winning design will be unveiled at the Healthcare Heroes Week Team Member Town Hall, where Mark Clement will present the winner with a framed t-shirt featuring their design.
The top two runners-up will receive a $100 gift card* and their designs will be recognized during the Healthcare Heroes Week Team Member Town Hall. All team members who submit a design, except the top three finalists, will be entered into a random drawing for one of five $50 gift cards.*
Submissions
T-shirt design submissions must be received by TotallyAppreciated@trihealth.com between Tuesday, February 15, 2022, and Friday, March 4, 2022, at 11:59 pm.

*Gift cards are taxable. According to the IRS, gift cards for employees are considered cash equivalent items. Like cash, gift cards must be included in an employee's taxable income, regardless of the gift card amount.
