Below are a few tips and tricks to help you leverage Teams and tailor your workspace.

- Check the activity feed on your mobile app, and get notified when someone @mentions, replies, or likes conversations you’re in.
- Use chat rather than email for short messages like “Can we postpone tomorrow’s meeting?” or “Great job with that presentation!”
- Pin and favorite chats, channels, and teams for quicker access in just one click.

Pin your favorite app
- Pin your essential apps and messages to customize your view and stay organized.
Have a little fun
- Share emojis, memes, and stickers to let your personality shine, even when working remotely.
- Select Teams, then choose your channel.
- Select 😊 in the compose message box /text editor.
- Pick a sticker, add a caption, select Done.
- @mention co-workers before you send the message, and then Enter to share the fun.
