Now that the Microsoft Teams app is available on your TriHealth device, we want to be sure you’re able to use it to your maximum advantage! Several training classes have been scheduled to begin in October. These classes will be web-based, 90 minutes in duration, with instruction delivered by certified Microsoft trainers. There are morning, afternoon and evening options available. Courses include:

• CLA: Microsoft Teams Level 100 – This is the introductory course and your best starting point.
• CLA: Microsoft Teams Meetings Level 100 – This course will demonstrate key features of Microsoft Teams Meetings.
• CLA: Microsoft Teams Channels & Files Level 100 – You will learn how to work in channels by having conversations, sharing files and collaborating on those files.
• CLA: Microsoft Teams Chat & Meetings Level 100 – Learn when to use chat vs. meetings: view and manage chats; and collaborate with real-time audio, video, and screen sharing.

To register, please go to our TriHealth Learn and search the catalog for “Microsoft Teams.” Click the “Info” button for each course to see a full description with learning objectives. While in the course description, you may click “choose class” to see all days and times for the specific course, then select “register” for the day that works best for you. Within the registration, you also have the option to add this to your Outlook calendar.

The AdoptionHub is a custom TriHealth published app within Microsoft Teams developed by Microsoft to help us adopting Microsoft Teams atTriHealth. Features include:

• "Timon", a chatbot, who can answer over 100+ questions about Teams, such as “How do I add people to a team?”
• Timon can hand off questions to a TriHealth IS Microsoft Teams Champion for further information or support.
• Integrated Sharepoint Site with general Teams Project information.
• Information and links to Microsoft Instructor-led trainings.
