TriHealth is launching our inaugural Faith at Work Employee Resource Group (ERG). Faith at Work is looking for team members who want to celebrate the diverse faiths represented throughout TriHealth and enrich our faith-based experiences with respect for all faiths. 

 

Through this ERG, we will express our faith in whatever manner we choose and cultivate an inclusive environment that accepts and honors each team members’ beliefs, spiritual heritages and journeys. Team members who participate in Faith at Work will develop relationships with their fellow team members, TriHealth leaders and our community. 

 

Faith at Work is one more example of how TriHealth team members are living our values, like having Respect for All, which can be traced back to the Sisters of Charity and the Methodist Deaconesses who founded our anchor hospitals.
