Hi Team -
I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas Holiday and were able to safely enjoy time off with loved ones and friends!
As we prepare to turn the page on another year – unquestionably among the most unusual and challenging years in our lifetime - I'm excited to share in the Weekly Update video below that our TriHealth COVID vaccination program is off to a great start. And, we have already administered thousands of vaccines to team members, physicians and other providers in less than a week! Kudos to our COVID Vaccine Task Force, our Employee Health Group and the many volunteers who are staffing our three vaccination sites for their amazing work in bringing this literally lifesaving vaccine to our caregivers and support staff!!
By now, you should have received an email from Dr. Kevin Joseph, Chief Medical Officer, containing our vaccine survey/planning tool. I completed mine and would encourage every TriHealth team member and physicians to complete this confidential questionnaire by the December 30 deadline. Completing the survey and indicating your intentions about being vaccinated will enable our COVID Vaccine Team to finalize the initial phase of our plan to vaccinate our more than 12,000 team members and providers. Completing the survey is the first step in our multi-step process to vaccinate all TriHealth team members, physicians and providers who choose to receive the vaccine. When your prioritized group or category is eligible to schedule a vaccine appointment, you'll receive a second email with instructions on how to schedule a time slot to receive your vaccination at one of our three sites—Bethesda North, Good Sam, and MHMH.

If you are unable to view the video, I encourage you to read the attached written Weekly Update message. And below are links to more details about our COVID Vaccine Plan and recent Leapfrog survey results, which I talk about in the video.
As we approach the New Year Holiday, I want to once again thank you for your dedication, selflessness and many sacrifices this past year as we have worked together to battle this once in a lifetime pandemic. Enjoy the long New Year’s Holiday weekend and let’s look forward to a 2021 that brings better, brighter—and yes, COVID free—days, as we continue to work together in our journey to get healthcare right for those we serve!
Happy New Year!
