Each day, nearly 1,500 babies in the U.S. are born too soon, too small and often very sick.

TriHealth is committed to fighting prematurity and working toward the goal of all babies being born on time and healthy. Get more information about prematurity and Prematurity Awareness Month.

Be a part of Prematurity Awareness Month activities by entering a design for TriHealth's 2014 March for Babies team T-shirt. The March for Babies will take place April 27 at Paul Brown Stadium.

Show us your creativity! Submit an original design for the front of TriHealth's 2014 March for Babies team T-shirt.

If your design is chosen, you'll receive two free T-shirts.

Design focus:

• Mom and baby
• Prevention and support for premature births
• March for Babies event

The deadline to enter your design is Nov. 29. A winner will be announced Dec. 10.

Submit a hard-copy or electronic version of your design (about 8 1/2 x 11 in size) to Susan Hayes, NICU 9AB, Good Samaritan Hospital, Susan_Hayes@TriHealth.com. Include your name, email and TriHealth department with your submission.
