Patient Safety is proud to announce the selection of a new incident reporting system for Trihealth to replace the Quantros safety event system.

The new system will be more comprehensive by integrating incident reporting for Patient Safety, Patient Relations, Risk Management and other departments. Our goal is to make it easier and faster to report safety events and incidents.

As part of this rollout, we are asking for your help in naming the new system in lieu of using the vendor name. You may vote for a name from the list, or enter your own suggestion.

Voting will be open to all team members through Friday, Jan. 31, and the winning name will be revealed on LinkNet. Prizes will be awarded to random voters.
