TriHealth has purchased Tri-State Maternal-Fetal Medicine Associates, a group of 10 highly respected maternal-fetal specialists.

The maternal-fetal medicine specialists joining TriHealth include: Kim Brady, MD; Kristin Coppage, MD; Mounira Habli, MD; Andrea Hinton, MD; Donna Lambers, MD; Michael Marcotte, MD; William Polzin, MD; William Schnettler, MD; Kate Smith, PhD., MD and Deward Voss, MD.  

All of the board-certified maternal-fetal specialists will continue to see their patients at their current office locations. These patients will now benefit from the comprehensive range of services available in the integrated TriHealth system, including primary care and specialty physicians, Bethesda North, Good Samaritan, Bethesda Butler and TriHealth Evendale hospitals and the TriHealth Fitness & Health Pavilion.

  • Kim Brady, MD - Dr. Brady is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine. He is the Director of Obstetrics at Good Samaritan Hospital and one of the Maternal-Fetal Medicine Staff members of the Fetal Care Center of Cincinnati. He is a member of the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine, the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine, the Association of Professors of Gynecology and Obstetrics, the Ohio State Medical Association and the Cincinnati Obstetrical and Gynecological Society.

  • Kristin Coppage, MD - Dr. Coppage is a native of Cincinnati and earned her medical degree from the University of Kentucky. She specializes in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Good Samaritan Hospital. She is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine. Dr. Coppage is a staff Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Good Samaritan Hospital.

  • Mounira Habli, MD - Dr. Habli specializes in Maternal-Fetal medicine and is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine. She is a staff physician at the Fetal Care Center of Cincinnati, a collaboration of physicians and services from Good Samaritan Hospital, the University of Cincinnati Hospital and Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center providing comprehensive maternal-fetal services for high-risk patients.

  • Andrea Hinton, MD - Dr. Hinton is a board certified Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, at Good Samaritan Hospital. She completed a Fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 2005. Dr. Hinton is a Fellow in both the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a member of the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine.

  • Donna Lambers, MD - A native of Cincinnati, Dr. Lambers is board certified in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Good Samaritan Hospital. She earned her medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and completed her Internship and Residency at Good Samaritan Hospital. Her interests include maternal medical problems, preeclampsia, multiple gestation and fetal ultrasound and therapy.

  • Michael Marcotte, MD - Dr. Marcotte is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine. For the last five years he has worked in quality improvement within Women's Services and was recently named the director of Quality and Safety for Women's Services at TriHealth. He is participating locally in a collaborative in Southwest Ohio to reduce high infant mortality rates. He is also the Medical Director of the HOPE Program at TriHealth, working with women struggling with Opioid addiction.

  • William J. Polzin, MD - Board certified in Obstetrics, Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal medicine, Dr. Polzin is the Director of the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Good Samaritan Hospital. He is the founding collaborator and Co- Director of the Fetal Care Center of Cincinnati. Dr. Polzin is also the Secretary/Treasurer of the North American Fetal Therapy Network and volunteers as the Medical Director of Health Beginnings. Inc,, a 501 (c3) serving underinsured women needing prenatal care in Cincinnati.

  • William Schnettler, MD - A native of Canton, Ohio, Dr. Schnettler is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 2006 and completed his Fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts earlier this year.

  • Kate Smith, MD - Dr. Smith is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and Maternal -Fetal Medicine. Her medical interests include perinatal epidemiology and biostatistics, management of labor and delivery, preterm birth and extreme prematurity and pregnancy complicated by obesity. She earned her medical degree through the University of Cincinnati Physician Scientist Program in 2003 as part of a combined degree program earning both a Doctor of Medicine degree and a Ph.D in Molecular and Developmental Biology.

  • Deward H. Voss, MD - is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine. He is currently maternal-fetal medicine specialist in the Department of Obstetrcis and Gynecology, Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Good Samaritan Hospital. Dr. Voss is the past president of the Kentucky Perinatal Association and obtained his medical degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine.
