TriHealth Bridge

October 17, 2014

National Pastoral Care Week, Oct. 19 to 25, recognizes professionals who provide spiritual care, regardless of faith tradition.

As members of the TriHealth health care team, chaplains reflect the spiritual heritage of Good Samaritan and Bethesda North hospitals, providing care for all faiths and spiritual beliefs.

This year's theme Pastoral Care Week theme, "Spiritual Well-Being," refers to supporting and inspiring the spiritual well-being of ourselves and others amid times of both ease and challenge. Chaplains seek to be present, mindful, compassionate and attuned, knowing that their intentions and actions have a ripple effect on the journeys of others and themselves.
