TriHealth was recently recognized by Premier, one of the largest group purchasing organizations in the country, as a finalist for the 2013 Premier Supplier Diversity Award.

The Supplier Diversity Award identifies Premier-member hospitals and health systems with programs to evaluate and support contracted minority-, woman-, or veteran-owned small businesses. The award considers members with programs that encourage development of diverse suppliers in their community.

“I am proud to be a part of an organization that is committed to increasing the business we do with minority and woman-owned companies,” said Lisette Davis, director of Diversity Services. “This award is an example of how engaged TriHealth is with our community and how much we recognize our responsibility to the success of our community.”

TriHealth has been a member of the Premier Supplier Diversity Committee for the past three years and has worked to build business with minority- and woman-owned companies through the Premier Portfolio.
