TriHealth has been named one of Enquirer Media's Top Work Places, finishing in the top 12 for the second year in a row.
The Top Work Places award was a result of survey ratings by TriHealth team members. Over 240 area companies participated in this year's survey. Top companies on this list share these traits:
- Conviction by team members that their work is valued and their ideas sought out
- Confidence that top managers are leading their businesses in the right direction
- Commitment from every level to finding better ways of producing products and delivering services
"This award reinforces that we're doing the right things to attract, hire and retain talented people with diverse backgrounds who are dedicated to our mission and to our organization," said Walter McLarty, chief human resources officer for TriHealth.
TriHealth also has received the following team member recognition awards this year:
- Cincinnati Business Courier's Healthiest Employer
- Career STAT Frontline Worker Champion
- National Association for Female Executives
- Top 100 Companies for Working Mothers
- Team Member Resource Group (ERG) and Council Award
These awards are presented to companies that offer workplace policies and team member programs that create friendly and rewarding environments for their team members.
"It's a great source of pride to receive awards for being a top employer. These recognitions are testament to the positive feelings team members have at TriHealth" said John Prout, president and CEO.
"Maintaining our position as an employer of choice is part of our strategic plan, and these awards validate that we're on the right track. Thanks to all of our staff for making this a great place to work."
