For the third consecutive year, the Cincinnati Business Courier has named TriHealth the 2013 winner of Cincinnati’s Healthiest Employer award for companies with 5,000 or more team members.

“At TriHealth, we’ve always been good at taking care of other people,” said John Prout, President and CEO. “What makes me proud of this third consecutive award is it reflects that we also have become a leader in taking care of ourselves. The award is administered by a privately held technology and data research company Healthiest Employers. It takes into consideration data collected across six areas of workplace wellness, including culture and leadership commitment, foundational components, strategic planning, communication and marketing, programming and interventions and reporting and analysis.

This latest honor comes on the heels of TriHealth’s January recognition as a Healthy Ohio – Healthy Workplace top award winner presented by the Ohio Department of Health, an award TriHealth has won two years in a row.
