TriHealth Diabetes Council has created an updated diabetes section on TriHealth.com, providing an improved service to our patients staff and the public.
The council reviewed not only diabetes-specific sites such as the American Diabetes Association (ADA), but also local and national health care systems to compare diabetes-specific information they provide. The pages developed on TriHealth.com far surpass other health systems and are a valuable tool for our patients and provider staff in managing good health with diabetes.
This is the first time TriHealth has dedicated a focus on our website for a chronic health condition, and TriHealth Diabetes Council plans to actively use and incorporate the site in all patient education.
Take a moment to view TriHealth.com/diabetes. We have many plans to continually improve the section, including adding additional videos of our providers, easy to print PDFs, and easy to find classes and services. We will be launching a Diabetes Patient Family Advisory Council (DPFAC) in March and will routinely ask our DPFAC members for feedback on the site.
