Birthday-Babies-8-2014

The youngest Cincinnati Reds fans and their moms and dads participated this past weekend in games, photo opportunities and more at Great American Ball Park as part of the Reds Birthday Babies club, presented by TriHealth.

Our organization is a proud sponsor of the Reds Birthday Babies club for children born at Good Samaritan and Bethesda North. Club members receive a quarterly newsletter with exclusive content, special offers, tips and more, as well as opportunities to attend special events at the ballpark.

On Saturday, Aug. 23, hundreds of parents and their children were welcomed to the Fan Zone before the Cincinnati Reds vs. Atlanta Braves game for photos with Reds mascots, giveaways and friendly competition in speed diapering, a diaper dash baby race, daddy bottle chugging and baby food taste-testing games.

Major prizes included a six-month supply of diapers and TriHealth Fitness and Health Pavilion spa gift cards. Annette Sander, Beckie Morris, Dr. Michelle Zimmer and Dr. Brittany Raburn served as judges.

A pre-game, on-field parade for Reds Birthday Babies club members was canceled because of a two-hour rain delay, but TriHealth representatives Dr. Terri Hoopes threw out the first pitch to catchers Susan Brown and Tonya Johannemann.
