Tom Hammergren, System Executive Analytics and Decision Support, will be leaving TriHealth on April 23, 2021. 
 
Tom joined TriHealth as a consultant in October 2015 and accepted the new role of System Executive in March 2016. During his time with TriHealth, Tom, along with his fantastic team, have significantly expanded our abilities in becoming a more data-driven organization and furthered our journey from "Good to Great." In this short time period, Tom and team have built a five-year roadmap for the data solution center, migrated our "homegrown” Clinical Data Warehouse to the Epic Caboodle platform, expanded data sources to include claims and patient engagement data, deployed our data science program, and led our Enterprise Monthly Pillar Close and Balanced Scorecard initiatives. Tom’s ability to work through complex opportunities and partner with customers and team members alike to develop solid solutions will be missed.
