Greg Allender has been named the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at TriHealth. Greg brings more than 25 years of IT security experience and executive management leadership to his role. Prior to joining TriHealth, he served as Vice President and CISO at Convergys and Director of IT Security and Risk Management at Scripps Networks Interactive. As TriHealth’s Chief Information Security Officer, Greg is responsible for establishing and maintaining a corporate wide information security management program to ensure that information assets are adequately protected. He is responsible for identifying, evaluating and reporting on information security risks in a manner that meets compliance and regulatory requirements, and aligns with and supports the risk posture of the enterprise.
Greg earned a Master of Science in Digital Forensics from the University of Central Florida, an M.B.A. in Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University, and a B.S. in Computer Science from Eastern Kentucky University.
Greg currently serves as President of the Ohio Valley Chapter of the Cloud Security Alliance. He is also a volunteer instructor at the Life Learning Center in Covington, Kentucky.
