As TriHealth continues to align across hospital and physician billing departments, several team members have taken on new roles to reinforce best practices.

Tonya Horton, director, SBO Patient Balances: Tonya has 25 years of health care experience including 10 years in management. She has been a TriHealth team member for six years - three years as the Business Operations Manager in TriState Benefit Solutions and three years as a manager in Patient Accounting. Tonya completed the Bachelors of Science in Organizational Leadership program sponsored by TriHealth.

Laura Griffie, billing manager, Physician Billing Cycle: Laura has more than 25 years of experience in the revenue cycle process and brings management and training experience to the group to improve financial and operations performance.

Carrie Sullivan, coding manager, Physician Billing Cycle: Carrie has more than 12 years of coding, management and teaching experience and will use her knowledge to coordinate the upcoming ICD-10 conversion.
