TriHealth Bridge

January 16, 2014

Providing excellent service to our patients, families and visitors is a top priority at TriHealth. Treating our customers with courtesy, caring and respect is "the right thing to do."

By now, many areas are using the practices of AIDET and "Meet and Greet within 15 Feet" when interacting with our customers, and each other. People are feeling a noticeable difference in the hallways. We have rolled out the training to Bethesda North, Bethesda Butler County, Good Samaritan, Western Ridge, Arrow Springs and a few other areas. If it has not been rolled out in your area yet, it is coming over the next several months!

Managers continue to observe and coach team members in using these methods. Each time a team member is observed and scores a "successful" rating, their name is entered into a raffle for gift cards.

Our first drawing was Jan. 15; subsequent drawings will take place on Jan. 30 and Feb. 19. Remember, you must be signed off by Feb. 14.

Congratulations to the winners from our first drawing for a $25 gift card:

Good Samaritan (Pick up your prize in the Volunteer Services department):

  • Lynn Bolin, CDMP
  • Judy Verny, Pastoral Care
  • Devon Carson, 11A

Bethesda North (Pick up your prize in the Patient Relations department.):

  • Tiffany Bowling, Trauma
  • Cherie Hittinger, Medical Records
  • Katie Keller, SDS

Don't forget to drop your raffle card in the box in the cafeteria to be entered into the drawing. Keep up the good work so we can reach our goal of providing outstanding customer service by anticipating customer needs and exceeding their expectations through infusing our culture with courtesy, compassion and respect.
