 To enhance communication, we have activated email notifications for certain activities within LEM.  Now, marking 90 Day Plans as ‘Approved’ or the Validation Matrix as ‘Meeting Prep Complete’ will generate an email to both the Leader and their One-Up, saving the need to look in the tool for these important completion triggers. Dashboard views are still available as before (ie, Validation>Meeting Dashboard), but hope you find these additional email notifications to be a helpful time-saving tool.  For further questions, please  contact LEM_Support@trihealth.com
