TriHealth Bridge

February 07, 2017

We want to thank you for making our January LDI a success! Your energy and active involvement in all of the sessions made for a dynamic and productive two days as we introduced the next set of TriHealth Way best practices focused on interviewing, selecting, on-boarding and retaining great team members.

Now it’s time to adopt and roll out these practices to the rest of the organization and hardwire them over the next few months.  To help you do so, attached are the following:

To ensure the newly learned TriHealth Way practices are adopted consistently throughout the organization, it’s important that you complete all assignments by the noted deadlines.  You’ll learn more about the assignments at your Business Unit Leader Meetings taking place over the next several weeks.

Following are a few of time-sensitive reminders:

  • Team members will have the opportunity to complete the Leadership Effectiveness Assessment (LEA) from February 7 – 20.  Remember, feedback is a gift, so please encourage them to do so!  The LEA results will provide each of us with valuable insights about how we are doing in our efforts to consistently demonstrate the TriHealth Way of Leading in our behaviors.  We’ll use this feedback to develop an LEA 90-day action plan, which will serve as our 4th quarter LEM Professional Development Goal.
  • The Always Behaviors commitment statement will be available for signing in Success Factors on February 7.  Because the Always Behaviors define “how” we express and live our values, embracing these behaviors is a core expectation and a condition of employment for all team members. Therefore, every team member must sign the statement by no later than March 31, 2017, so please remind them to do so.
  • More information about next steps to support the First Impressions roll out will be coming shortly.
  • Leaders who missed the January LDI will be contacted by email shortly to complete the LDI make-up requirements consisting of a modularized course in LEARN consisting of LDI session videos and PowerPoint presentations, followed by an in-person session facilitated by the Organizational Development team.
  • All of the LDI materials are available right here on LinkNet in the TriHealth Way section, including the SOAR videos on Appreciation Station and Always Behaviors.

Once again, our sincere thanks for your commitment to adopt and embrace a better way – The TriHealth Way!  Because of your efforts, we are now exceeding the pace of change occurring in the external environment and gaining traction on our journey from good to great.  Let’s keep the momentum going!
