Thank you for digging with us at the July LDI! This session was a lot of fun and packed with great content, and we hope you enjoyed yourselves as much as we did. 

All the LDI materials are now available in this new section, including the next steps and assignments that Mark referenced in his closing remarks at the LDI.

Below are important updates regarding LDI assignments and our new LDI Communication Plan:

• Assignments: Click here to find and download the July 2016 LDI Assignments, found in the LDI section inside The TriHealth Way. This single document contains all assignments and due dates.
• Due Dates: Look for NINE (9) calendar invites from the LDI inbox to correspond with the 9 assignment due dates found in the LDI Assignments document. It is your responsibility to accept all 9 invites and complete each assignment by its corresponding due date.
• Communication Plan: To decrease the number of emails we send - and to avoid confusion and missed information – we will no longer use email as our primary method of communicating with LDI participants. Instead, all information will be posted here, in the The TriHealth Way section, so be sure to check back each TUESDAY for LDI updates and announcements. It is your responsibility to check LinkNet each week for LDI related information.

What’s Next: Check back later this week for a useful resource, LDI Talking Points, to help you share what you learned with your department teams and front line leaders. Again, this document with not be emailed, it will only be posted here for you to download. There will be no email alerting you to check The TriHealth Way for this material, you are expected to check the section each Tuesday for updates. But don’t worry - you won’t have to dig around for the updates because they will be clearly posted on the front page of LinkNet with the steps you need to take next to complete the required action.
