Our Strategic Intent:
- TriHealth will lead the Greater Cincinnati market's transition to value-based care by transforming our system from a hospital-centric, transaction-oriented health system to a clinically integrated population health enterprise.
- We are the best positioned in the market to do so, with the greatest opportunity to be a market leader in population health.
- To be successful, we will continue to compete and thrive in the legacy health care model, characterized by volume-based care and traditional patient-hospital relationships. At the same time, we will rapidly build the competencies and infrastructure to stage the transition to value and population-based care relationships, which will enable us to emerge as the market leader in the new health care environment.
- To do this well, we will need to strengthen our TriHealth value proposition - cost, quality and service - through a high performing culture and operational excellence.
