Thank you to all direct care nurses at Good Samaritan, Bethesda North, Bethesda Butler and Evendale who participated in the NDNQI Nurse Satisfaction Survey in the past three weeks.  

Many units met their 75 percent participation goal! 

The results of the survey will be tabulated by NDNQI and available to us after the first of the year. The results will be analyzed at the system, hospital and unit levels to celebrate successes and strive to improve weaknesses through action planning processes.
