TriHealth and Metro are teaming up to help promote options for your work commute. But first, we want to know how you are getting around now.

Take five minutes to complete this survey and be entered into a drawing for one of three Downtown Cincinnati Inc. gift cards. The survey will end on Friday, Jan. 24.

Surveys will also be available at the Commuter Benefits Fairs on the dates below.
