TriHealth recently held its second annual Diabetes Summit to reflect on the Diabetes Council's first-year successes and upcoming changes in the health care landscape.

Keynote Speaker Leonard Fromer MD, executive medical director of Group Practice Forum in Los Angeles and assistant clinical professor in the Department of Family Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles, spoke on health-system reform, patient-centered medical homes and accountable care organizations (ACOs).

The summit took place at the TriHealth Fitness & Health Pavilion.
