This is a reminder that many of the spending account options offered through the TriHealth Benefits Program have a plan-year claim filing deadline of Sept. 30, 2014, in order to receive reimbursement from your account for services rendered during FY2014. The following information is a summary of those accounts.
Healthcare FSA
Employees who participated in the FY2014 Healthcare Flexible Spending Account must submit receipts for services incurred between July 1, 2013, and June 30, 2014, to Benesyst no later than Sept. 30, 2014.
Limited FSA
Employees enrolled in the FY2014 HD90 Plan and enrolled in a Limited FSA account for dental and vision claims must submit receipts for services incurred between July 1, 2013, and June 30, 2014, to Benesyst no later than Sept. 30, 2014, in order to receive reimbursement.
Dependent Care Account
Employees participating in the Dependent Care Flexible Spending must submit receipts for services incurred between July 1, 2013, and June 30, 2014, to Benesyst no later than Sept. 30, 2014.
Submitting claims
You can file your claims online by going to HRCentral and selecting the BeneCenter link located under the Quick Picks section or file paper claims by sending your claim form and receipts to Benesyst, 800 Washington Avenue North, 8th Floor, Minneapolis, MN 55401; phone 855 236 3797, fax 800 310 8279; or customerservice@benesyst.net.
Health Savings Account (HSA) for HD90 participants
Employees enrolled in the FY2014 HD90 Plan do not have a claim filing deadline for their HSA. HSA funds will rollover for use in FY2015.
