Support Hospice of Cincinnati and Fernside when you shop at Kroger!
Between now and Wednesday, April 30, enroll your Kroger Plus card in the Kroger Community Rewards program for the 2014-2015 fiscal year so that each time you swipe your card, Hospice and Fernside will earn dollars.
Supporters who enrolled in the program previously must re-enroll their card to continue supporting these organizations.
