Sherry Hite and Wayne Leukering of Bethesda North Laboratory, Cheryl Johnson of Group Health - Anderson, and Brittany Oettel of Good Samaritan Labor and Delivery all have been named Good Catch winners for the month of September.

Each month, winners are selected for reporting a near-miss incident, or "good catch," using IRIS. Sherry, Wayne, Cheryl and Brittany all were recognized for identifying and reporting an incident in which harm or potential harm to a patient was prevented.
