Representatives from TriHealth Corporate Security, City of Cincinnati police and fire departments and Hamilton County Sheriff's Office met this month to discuss upcoming security assessments and active-shooter response plans.

Mark Eppert and Gary Westerbeck, Corporate Security manager and supervisor, respectively, met with Officer Odayues Leonard of the police department, Lt. Terry Ewin of the fire department and Lt. Theodore Sampson of the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office.

More meetings are scheduled and will be followed by a table-top drill at the Cincinnati Educational Opportunity Center. In addition, campus assessments will begin when the weather breaks.
