In his new role, Dr. Massa will focus on ensuring that TriHealth provides the appropriate amount of care to patients. He will be using evidence-based guidelines to manage resource utilization. His main responsibility will be to identify barriers for physicians to use TriHealth services and to collaborate with appropriate physicians and administration to remove those barriers.

In her new role, Dr. Peerless will be responsible for leading the process for a more systematic and predictable process to meet the needs of patients for timely access to primary care using the full array of TriHealth resources, including: PCMH offices, Priority Care, e-visits and the emergency department. At the practice level, she will engage her physician colleagues in discussions about strategies and tactics needed to improve patient satisfaction.
