Sarah Armstrong has been promoted to executive director hospital billing/physician revenue cycle. In her new role, Sarah will be responsible for all Hospital Billing functions, along with the complete physician revenue cycle.

Sarah started with TriHealth in May of 2012 and was instrumental in the successful go live of the EPIC billing system. Sarah previously worked at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Ky., where she was director of revenue cycle.

In addition, Trudie Temke has accepted the position of director of physician revenue cycle, reporting directly to Sarah Armstrong. Trudy will be responsible for the physician practice revenue cycle and transition of the practices to the EPIC physician billing system.

Trudy and Sarah will work to form a system-wide physician billing infrastructure.

Trudy started at TriHealth in June, 2011 in a finance support role as the business development administrator for the TriHealth Physician Institutes. Prior to that, Trudie worked at Deaconess Hospital where she was director of finance.
