Get in a bicycle ride on your way from Good Samaritan to Bethesda Oak, or vice versa.
For those who regularly travel back and forth from either location, now there are Red Bike stations on Howell Avenue (near the corner of Clifton Avenue) and Winslow Street (near the corner of Oak Street) where you can rent a bicycle to ride.
How Does Red Bike Work?
- Pay at a Red Bike station, or sign up online for a membership.
- Choose a bicycle from any Red Bike station and ride it to another station. (Don't forget to bring and wear your helmet!)
- Park your Red Bike at any available dock. You have 60 minutes of ride time before you're charged an additional fee. Or, purchase an unlimited pass that allows for unlimited 60-minute trips.
