TriHealth Nursing is participating in the National Database of Nursing Quality Indicators (NDNQI) survey and we need your help.

The NDNQI Nurse Satisfaction Survey will be available online from Oct. 7 to 27.

Registered nurses who are full-time, part-time or optional; who spend at least 50 percent of their work time on direct patient care activities; and who have been employed on their current unit since July 1, 2013, are eligible to participate.

Responses are anonymous. Nursing leadership will use a summary of all responses to learn more about the climate in which RNs work and patients receive care. Detailed information about the survey has recently been mailed to all eligible nurses' homes.

Your opinion is very important to us. Please plan to participate in the NDNQI Nurse Satisfaction survey in October.
