TriHealth managers, physicians, residents, educators and staff are encouraged to attend a satellite broadcast of the 27th Annual National Forum on Quality Improvement in Healthcare sponsored by the Richard M. Smith Memorial Fund. This program is hosted by TriHealth Patient Safety in collaboration with Corporate Education.

When: Tuesday, December 8, 2015, 8 a.m. – 4:15 p.m. and Wednesday, December 9, 2015, 8 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

 Where: Good Samaritan 4th Floor Conference Center A-B-C

This national forum, provided by the Institute of Healthcare Improvement (IHI) has a history of providing “how to” improvement information on a number of content-rich quality and patient safety topics. The two-day broadcast will feature keynote speakers and five additional sessions.

Presentation materials will be available on the IHI website two weeks prior to the broadcast for you to access and bring to the broadcast. Continuing education will be available to participants through the IHI. Directions to apply for education hours are provided on the IHI website and will be available in handouts provided at the conference.
