From April 28 to July 30, score runs each week, based on your total time active. The top three participants with the most runs will get a prize. The challenge also provides an opportunity for you to achieve your Health Improvement Goal on your Healthy Living Scorecard for additional insurance premium discounts.

How to Score Runs

Add up your total workout time each day to calculate your runs. You can combine activities throughout the day for your total. Bases are added up each week to determine a total number of runs scored. To complete the challenge, you must earn at least two runs each week.

  • 15 minutes = single
  • 30 minutes = double
  • 45 minutes = triple
  • 1 hour or more = home run

Bonus Runs

There are opportunities to earn additional runs each week (with a maximum of one extra run per week), including participating in a community walk or race, attending a yoga or aerobics class, drinking eight 8-oz. glasses of water every day for five days, eating one superfood (see flier for examples), and more.

Subtracted Runs and Forfeiture

If you miss a week, you will lose two runs. If you miss two weeks in a row, you will forfeit the challenge.

Requirements

Each week, you must use the online tool to track your daily progress, which must be reported by Sunday of that week. (Once a new week begins, you will not receive credit for the previous week, if your progress is not recorded on time.)
