The deadline to apply for Quality, Safety, Service Days has been extended to Friday, Dec. 13. Don't miss your chance to let others know about the great work you and your co-workers have done to improve quality, safety and service at TriHealth over the past 12 months.
Quality, Safety, Service Days:

- Bethesda North, March 12, 2014
Anyone from any TriHealth location or department who made improvements over the past 12 months may submit an entry application. Although the events are held at Bethesda North and Good Samaritan, other locations can choose at which of these two hospitals to make their presentation.

Awards
Besides the public recognition and the chance to share your work with others, there are several prizes you can win. Each entry will receive $100. Awarded funds will be deposited in the Service Excellence or Educational Fund identified in the application.
Each hospital will award the following prizes for a category of grass roots participants and seasoned participants:
- Winner of the Quality Award - $500
- First Runner Up - $200
- Second Runner Up - $100
Additionally, Richard M. Smith Quality Award winners at each hospital will compete for a system level prize valued at an additional $1,000 with the first runner up receiving $500!
