TriHealth offers pathways for education and career advancement for entry level team members with very little or no college experience.

Currently, two special programs are available.

CareerCare

CareerCare^® is a web-based career exploration tool ideal for team members who want to advance in healthcare but don't know what career options are available or a good fit. It is flexible with all activities completed online and on your own time.

Associate Degree Cohort

The Associate Degree Cohort Program at Cincinnati State targets specific healthcare pathways to include: Nursing, Surgical Technology, Respiratory Therapy, Medical Lab Technician, and Health Information Technology. Employees are selected through an application process to be part of a group experiencing their education program together.

Note: The deadline to apply for cohort No. 17 has been extended to Friday, Feb. 27.
