Priya Sharp has been named chief audit director for TriHealth.

Priya replaces Diane Coppola, who recently left TriHealth to join a public accounting firm.

Prior to accepting this position, Priya served as the audit manager for TriHealth since February 2012. In that position, she conducted financial and operational internal audits across functional areas within TriHealth while participating in on-going risk assessment processes, preparation of independent audit plans and communication of audit results, as well as providing other recommendations to management and governance in support of achieving business objectives.

Priya worked previously as a Senior Financial Auditor at Fifth Third Bank (2008-2012) and as a Financial Auditor at Fifth Third (2006-2008).

Priya earned both a Bachelor of Science degree in neuroscience and mathematics from Bowling Green State University in 2002 and a Master of Business Administration from Bowling Green in 2005. Priya is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Internal Auditor and a Certified Fraud Examiner. She has more than seven years of experience as an internal auditor working across multiple business units, functional areas and industries.
