National Healthcare Decision Day is Wednesday, April 16. It's day to inspire, educate and empower families and friends on the importance of advance-care planning and normalizing end-of-life conversations.

Hospice of Cincinnati has created a new website, ConversationsOfaLifetime.org. There you will find tips, tools, videos and easy-to-understand information for starting the conversation, resources for taking action and options for end-of-life care.
