This past month was a hairy one for many TriHealth men.

Male team members were encouraged to grow their facial hair for No Shave November, a national effort to support awareness of men's health issues, such as prostate cancer.

TriHealth and the Cincinnati Bengals teamed up for our campaign. We asked men to grow a beard or mustache and post before-and-after photos to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter using the hashtag #TriHealthNoShave.

Twenty-two team members - and the Xavier University men's basketball team - participated.

Three winners were chosen to receive prizes:

• First place - Tony Bayer, football and photo autographed by Cincinnati Bengals running back Rex Burkhead
• Second place - Chris Warman, photo and hat autographed by Rex Burkhead
• Third place - Ryan Chaney, photo autographed by Rex Burkhead and a shaving kit
