Have you ever had a safety question or concern and not known how to report it or who to contact? 

Starting April 1, a new Patient Safety hotline will be available for anyone to call with a patient safety concern or need. Every effort will be made for hotline calls to be answered by a live person during business hours.

After-hours callers will be asked to leave their name, contact number and a short message indicating their safety need or concern.  A Patient Safety team member will get back to callers as soon as possible.
